Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and sales management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Answer inbound calls professionally and book as many appointments as possible.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers on unsold estimates and encourage service scheduling.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, service requests, and scheduling updates.
- Communicate changes promptly and clearly to customers and team members.
- Coordinate daily with the CSR lead and dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and service updates.
- Participate in company-sponsored training and team meetings to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company procedures.

- Schedule and coordinate service and install appointments.

- Maintain the on-call schedule for plumbers and oversee after-hours service procedures.
- Document and maintain communication for each customer interaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding scheduling, lead times, invoicing, and general questions.
- Communicate with technicians via phone and online systems.
- Review completed service work orders for accuracy.
- Prepare invoices and timecards for payroll and billing.
