Rare Breed Plumbing is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager/Sales Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager/Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technicians in the field, conducting weekly training and progress reports with the technicians, and maximizing revenue while keeping our integrity.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, including field technicians and the sales team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the company’s success.
  • Conduct weekly training and progress reports with technicians to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Hire, train, and manage sales staff to meet company goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and sales management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Prepare invoices and timecards for payroll and billing.
