Dan was so kind and worked with her and they always sent notices that they were on their way with pictures of who was going to show up they were always there when they said they would be very dependable, I can’t say enough about how great they all were. I had a small miscommunication with Rare Breed administration & reached out to Dan about it. He quickly replied, apologized for the miscommunication and said he would look into it. The next day, today, Dan stopped by, shared how they were fixing the mixup and to check that my relationship with Rare Breed Plumbing is good – It is.

I came home from a few days out of town to find a water pressure valve spraying water directly onto a wall in my utility closet. It was 9pm on a Friday night (of course that’s when you have am emergency) And when I called them they actually answered. He guided me on how to get the water off and the leak stopped right away. Someone from the office called me in the morning, as promised, to set up a time for the tech to come over and fix the problem. The tech arrived on time and was knowledgeable. They got everything fixed timely, and what I believe was a reasonable cost.
