Chad was great! He called me b4 he arrived. I was out on a quick errand that took a little longer..
Chad waited for me 5 -10 mins until I could get home.
He was kind, and professional. He was thorough and went beyond just “snaking” the drain where the condensation was pooling up by our furnace and water heater.
