I had a small miscommunication with Rare Breed administration & reached out to Dan about it. He quickly replied, apologized for the miscommunication and said he would look into it. The next day, today, Dan stopped by, shared how they were fixing the mixup and to check that my relationship with Rare Breed Plumbing is good – It is.

I came home from a few days out of town to find a water pressure valve spraying water directly onto a wall in my utility closet. It was 9pm on a Friday night (of course that’s when you have am emergency) And when I called them they actually answered. He guided me on how to get the water off and the leak stopped right away. Someone from the office called me in the morning, as promised, to set up a time for the tech to come over and fix the problem. The tech arrived on time and was knowledgeable. They got everything fixed timely, and what I believe was a reasonable cost.

Because sewer lines are underground, you may not know when they need repair or replacement. Making matters worse, many plumbing issues stemming from a damaged sewer line mimic problems with other causes. This is why we use a drain camera to look at your sewer line and determine if a sewer repair is necessary.
Any number of things can cause sewer line problems. Your line can become clogged by food particles, grease, hair, and many other things that you might flush or wash down your drains without a second thought. Tree roots can also infiltrate the sewer line through cracks, gaps, or holes. Tree roots naturally move toward water sources, and there is no better source for this on your property than your sewer line.
Of course, sewer lines can also corrode and collapse due to age. Most lines last between 50 and 100 years. This sounds like a long time, but many homes in the United States are that old, even if their occupants have only lived in them for a few years.
