After they worked on my plumbing, when my mom had trouble with hers I had her call Rare Breed and they did not disappoint. Dan was so kind and worked with her and they always sent notices that they were on their way with pictures of who was going to show up they were always there when they said they would be very dependable, I can’t say enough about how great they all were. When they came to install it was a snowy, blizzardy morning but they were on time and were kind even though we hadn’t been able to shovel yet. It’s rare (no pun intended) to find a company whose actions back-up their claim that customer relationships are important to them. I had a small miscommunication with Rare Breed administration & reached out to Dan about it. He quickly replied, apologized for the miscommunication and said he would look into it. The next day, today, Dan stopped by, shared how they were fixing the mixup and to check that my relationship with Rare Breed Plumbing is good – It is.

Based upon my experience working with Rare Breed on multiple projects, when they say they care about getting the work done right and building a relationship with their customers, they mean it. I came home from a few days out of town to find a water pressure valve spraying water directly onto a wall in my utility closet. It was 9pm on a Friday night (of course that’s when you have am emergency) And when I called them they actually answered. He guided me on how to get the water off and the leak stopped right away. Someone from the office called me in the morning, as promised, to set up a time for the tech to come over and fix the problem. The tech arrived on time and was knowledgeable. They got everything fixed timely, and what I believe was a reasonable cost.

Today Dom and Thor both came to take care of my clogged drain and give me estimates and a plan moving forward with other issues. I have had technicians from other companies come to work on my plumbing, yet without fail, I am given explanations of issues, without a comprehensive dialogue. Dom took the time today to explain how issue “A” causes issue “B”. He made a plan for me to tackle the issues at hand and gave me advice on best practices. I’ve never felt “informed” after service work is performed. Today was very different.
